Returns:
Our return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, as well as in the original packaging.
For return, you must send your product back in its original packaging to the address provided by us. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers. We have the right to reject returns regardless of the product, regardless of the scenario and possibility.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
You have the right to make any changes or cancellations within 24 hours after purchase (sale items are not subject to cancellation option). After this time, your order will have already been processed and prepared for shipping, so changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.

"My tracking information says it was delivered, but I haven't received it yet." If we have confirmed delivery with the post office and carrier with a specific date, time, and location, we are not responsible for items lost after delivery.
If our carrier or post office cannot confirm that the item has been delivered, you must contact us and let us know. We will then arrange to send another one or refund immediately.
If the package was delivered to the exact same address provided by the recipient and there was an address error entered, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we always prefer to help our customers, so if this error is your fault, we will work with you to get your product at a discounted price! However, this is at the discretion of our customer support team, so be sure to double check your information at checkout. All returns are the responsibility of the recipient. Returns:
Once we receive your product(s) in the above-mentioned condition, we will process your return immediately and notify you at that time. We will initiate your refund to the payment method you used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, your payment will typically appear in your payment account within 5-15 days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
Cargo:
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the product with a free shipping campaign, you are still responsible for paying the shipping cost on the product.
Discounted Products:
