3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  • Customer Services: Responding to questions, complaints, and support requests
  • Legal Obligation: Tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations
  • Security: Fraud prevention and account security
  • Marketing (Consent-Based): Newsletter, campaign, and new collection notifications (only with explicit consent)

  • Ad Targeting (Consent-Based): Display of personalized ads via Meta Pixel

  • Data subject to legal obligation: For the period stipulated in the relevant legislation

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE KVKK

You have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad
  • To request the rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
  • To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • To object to the emergence of an unfavorable result for you due to the exclusive processing of personal data through automated systems
  • To demand the compensation of damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data

Exercise of Rights

To exercise your rights above, you can send an email titled "KVKK Right Request" to barzello.service@gmail.com. Your request will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days following identity verification.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).

7. DATA SECURITY

Barzello takes the following technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data:
