At Barzello, each bag is selected for its lasting beauty. Your satisfaction is our priority; however, we also believe in shared responsibility when purchasing from a luxury brand. This policy clearly outlines your rights.
✓ FREE RETURN RIGHT
Your right to a free return is valid within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original packaging and unopened.
- It has not been used, tried on, or carried in any way.
- All tags and original accessories are complete and intact.
- It is returned with the invoice.
If these conditions are met, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the product.
✗ SITUATIONS WHERE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE
1. If Packaging is Opened / Product is Tried On
If the product has been removed from its original packaging, tried on, or used in any way, the right to return and exchange ceases. Carrying the bag, putting it on a shoulder or in hand, is sufficient to be considered "tried on."
