1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • After your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 2-5 business days.
  • Order processing does not occur on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (campaigns, seasonal launches, etc.), this period may extend by 1-2 business days.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Within Turkey — Other Provinces 3-5 business days 5-10 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping company's capacity and geographical conditions.


3. SHIPPING FEES

  • Free Shipping: 0 TL (across Turkey)
  • Premium Shipping: 199 TL and provided by Barzello.

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and email.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time via the shipping company's website or app using the tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • The recipient is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
  • In case of a return due to an incorrect address, the re-shipping fee will be covered by the recipient.
  • Requests for address changes must be made before the order is shipped and sent to barzello.service@gmail.com.

6. IF THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED

  • If the shipping company attempts delivery but cannot reach you, the package will be held at the cargo branch.
  • Packages not picked up within a certain period will be returned to the seller.
  • In case of a return, contact barzello.service@gmail.com for re-delivery.

7. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENT

  • If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, email barzello.service@gmail.com with your order number.
  • An investigation will be initiated with the shipping company, and feedback will be provided within 5 business days.
  • If a lost shipment is confirmed, a free reshipment or full refund will be provided.

8. DAMAGED DELIVERY

  • If the package is delivered damaged, immediately note it on the delivery receipt.
  • Notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery: barzello.service@gmail.com
  • If the damage is confirmed, a free exchange or refund will be processed.
